ichi.gg operates in compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA). If you possess a copyright or hold the authority to represent a copyright holder, and you wish to report an instance where a third party is infringing upon copyrighted material using ichi.gg's services, please submit a notice meeting the DMCA's minimum requirements to [email protected]. We will take appropriate actions based on your report.

Requirements for a DMCA Notice:

  1. A description of the copyrighted work being infringed.
  2. A description of the infringing material, along with the desired action (removal or disabling access), and the URL or location of the material.
  3. Your name, title (if acting on behalf of someone else), address, phone number, and email address.
  4. The statement: "I believe in good faith that the use of the copyrighted material I am reporting is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law (e.g., as fair use)."
  5. The statement: "The information in this notice is accurate, and I am the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf under penalty of perjury."
  6. An electronic or physical signature of the copyright owner or an authorized representative.

Please direct your DMCA submissions to [email protected]. We will carefully review your report and take suitable measures in accordance with the DMCA, which may include removing the contested content from the website. In certain circumstances, we may also disable access or terminate the accounts of the reported users.

For trademark infringement reports on ichi.gg, follow these steps:

  1. Provide details of the original trademark, including a description if it's a logo.
  2. List the countries where the trademark is registered.
  3. Include the registration number(s) of the trademark.
  4. Attach a scanned copy of the trademark registration certificate(s) or a screenshot of the registration from the relevant national intellectual property office(s).
  5. Include the following declaration: "By submitting this notice, I affirm that I believe in good faith that the reported use, as I've described it, is unauthorized by the intellectual property rights owner, its agent, or the law. The information in this notice is accurate, and I am authorized to act on behalf of the rights owner under penalty of perjury."

Send this information to [email protected]. If a user is determined to be a "repeat infringer," their account may be suspended or terminated. In certain cases, we may limit access to the ichi.gg service or terminate accounts of users who blatantly infringe upon others' intellectual property rights, irrespective of whether repeat infringement has occurred. This action could be taken based on relevant court rulings regarding the account holder's status as an infringer.

In cases where an agreement cannot be reached with the reporting copyright owner, the content owner has the option to submit a DMCA Counter-Notice to [email protected]. If the counter-notice is valid, we will share a copy with the copyright owner. The Counter-Notice must adhere to DMCA requirements and contain the following information:

  1. URLs where the material in question appeared before removal or disabling.
  2. Name of the claimant who submitted the initial notification.
  3. Your ichi.gg account email.
  4. Your full legal name.
  5. Your email address.
  6. Your complete postal address (street, unit number, state, postal code, country).
  7. Your phone number, including the international code.
  8. Affirm your consent to the jurisdiction of either the Federal District Court where your provided address is located (if in the United States) or any United States Federal District Court where ichi.gg may be found (if outside the United States).

Your name and signature should be included in the affidavit.
